Transparent prioritisation
Priorities consider your goals, deadlines, dependencies, urgency and effort — and the reason for each priority is explained, with your override always allowed. A missed deadline is never treated as a personal failure: re-planning options are offered, and hard external deadlines are distinguished from your own target dates.
Tasks and dependencies
Statuses cover not started, in progress, blocked, completed and deferred — with notes and reminders where useful. When one action affects another (a required document before an application can go out), the relationship is shown without silently changing other plans.
Less duplication and noise
Duplicate task references merge where safe while keeping links to their originating records. Filters cover due soon, overdue, blocked, completed, source and goal — and you can tune notifications or hide task categories you don't want in the central view.
