A fountain pen finishing a letter

ABOUT US · MY Lifelong Careers → My DISHA · Cover letter studio

Letters built from what you've actually done.

Every claim grounds in your resume facts — the studio never invents experience.

Three quick screens — resume, job, voice — and your grounded letter is written in front of you. Prefer skimming? The three cards below do the same thing.

Pick a resume source, add the job, choose a voice — your grounded draft appears here with an editor, an ATS check and one-click PDF / print / email.

A full writing studio — grounded in your evidence.

Grounded in verified experienceYou remain responsible for every claimDrafts private unless deliberately shared

Import a resume (PDF, DOCX or paste), drop in the job description, and the studio drafts a letter that weaves your real evidence into the employer's stated needs. Rewrite with AI, shift tone, shorten or expand, fix grammar, then check ATS fit — and export anywhere.

Generate, grounded

The draft draws only on your imported resume or Lifelong Careers evidence plus the job ad you pasted — employers, dates and metrics are never invented, and thin evidence keeps the letter modest.

Edit with AI, keep your voice

Rewrite, shift tone (formal to enthusiastic), shorten, expand or strengthen — applied to the whole letter or just your selection. Every version is kept so you can step back.

Check ATS fit before you send

Keyword coverage against the pasted job ad, length and contact checks, tone read and grammar flags — measured scores plus AI opinion you can weigh.

Ten ATS-safe templates

Single-column, standard-font layouts that machines parse cleanly — previewed live on the page and rendered identically in the PDF.

Export everywhere

Copy the text, download a real PDF with selectable text, print exactly as previewed, or email it through the studio with you as reply-to.

Your letters, kept private

Drafts and imported resumes are private to your account; nothing is auto-sent, auto-published or shared.

How this works.

01

Import your resume — upload a file, paste the text, or use the evidence you've already logged in Lifelong Careers.

02

Paste the job description and pick tone, length and a template; the AI drafts a letter grounded in your facts alone.

03

Edit with AI or by hand, run the ATS match check, then copy, download the PDF, print or email it — your call, every step.

Stated plainly — what this doesn't do

  • — Nothing is invented — if your resume doesn't support a claim, the studio won't write it, however impressive it sounds.
  • — The ATS score measures keyword coverage honestly — it is not a promise that any letter passes screening or wins an interview.
  • — No auto-apply and no auto-send — emails go only to the recipient you type, and you approve the final version.

Questions people ask.

Which file types can I import?

PDF, DOCX and plain text up to 5 MB. Scanned image-only PDFs have no readable text — paste the text instead and the studio will be upfront about it.

Can I write one for a job outside Lifelong Careers?

Yes — paste any job description. The grounding stays your own resume evidence either way.

Does the AI edit invent things?

No — edit operations may sharpen phrasing but may not add employers, dates, metrics or skills you didn't provide. That rule is in the model's instructions and the reason grounded drafting exists.

What happens when I email the letter?

It's sent as a clean formatted email with you as the reply-to address — the studio never applies on your behalf or contacts employers you didn't choose.

Specific beats impressive.

One honest letter grounded in your evidence outsends ten generic ones. Import once, apply everywhere.
