No credential quietly expires on you.

Your own certification dates, flagged 90 days out — renewal rules always stay with each issuer, stated plainly.

Add a certification

Track credentials, renewal dates and continuing requirements.

Flags run on the dates you enteredFeeds your evidence portfolioNo issuer integrations yet

Credentials can support employment, professional practice and continued learning — but their validity and renewal rules vary. The Certifications page helps you maintain a reliable record, understand renewal requirements and prepare for expiries, without implying that a stored record is automatically verified or accepted by an employer or regulator.

    Create a structured credential record

Capture credential name, issuing organisation, credential type, issue date, expiry date if applicable, credential identifier where appropriate, and the official verification route. Record the scope and conditions — level, jurisdiction, speciality, prerequisites, restrictions — and distinguish a certification from a course-completion certificate, licence, registration or membership.

    Verify issuer and status

Where an issuer offers a trustworthy verification service, keep the link to that source on the record. DISHA runs no automated verification yet: records are labelled user-provided, and authenticity is never inferred from an uploaded image or document alone. What the platform has and hasn't checked is stated plainly — and expired or unverified credentials are never presented as current.

    Understand renewal requirements

Renewal intervals, continuing-education units, supervised practice, examinations, fees and attestations vary by issuer and jurisdiction — requirements change, and they differ by credential pathway. Confirm renewal rules directly with the issuer before relying on any deadline; the page holds what you record, with its source and last-checked date.

    Plan renewal activities

Build a renewal timeline with preparation tasks, evidence requirements and application windows — scheduling learning or professional development early enough to leave time for review and processing. Record your progress and note outstanding approvals; renewal is never shown as completed unless the issuing body confirms it.

    Manage expiry and lapse risk

Upcoming expiries are flagged from 90 days out, based on the record and your reminder preferences — with a clear view of what's active, due soon, expired or missing a known expiry date. Where a credential has no expiry, it's labelled accordingly rather than assumed maintenance-free; some licences carry separate active-status obligations.

    Use credentials in career planning

Credentials connect to your career plans, application checklists and skills evidence — helping you see which credentials a role commonly requests, always distinguished from legal or regulatory requirements. A shareable wallet view exists only with deliberate consent; you control what is shared, with whom and for how long.

    Privacy, security and portability

Only the credential details needed for planning are kept; identifiers and evidence are protected with access controls, and export or deletion stays in your hands. Where standards-based formats or issuer integrations exist they'll be used — and a digital record here never replaces an original credential or official registry.

    The page experience

A credential list with status and expiry indicators, the renewal view, and links into the career plans they serve — filters for active, due soon, expired and unverified records. Every status is explainable and traceable to a date you entered or an issuer response; reminders stay configurable and the next required action stays obvious.

    How this works.

    01

Add each certification or licence you hold — issuer, credential, and the expiry date as stated.

    02

DISHA flags anything expiring within 90 days, so renewal happens on your calendar, not in a panic.

    03

Keep the list current and it becomes part of your evidence trail in the Resume Studio.

Stated plainly — what this doesn't do

    • — DISHA does not verify credentials with issuers — expiry flags run on the dates you entered.
    • — No automatic renewal reminders by email yet — the 90-day flag lives on this page and your Action Centre.
    • — Expired credentials stay listed (marked expired) — the record stays honest rather than quietly disappearing.

    Questions people ask.

    What counts as a certification?

Anything with an issuer and an expiry: licences, certificates, safety cards, vendor credentials. If it lapses, track it.

Can I track one that never expires?

Yes — leave the expiry empty and it stays listed without a countdown.

    Where do renewals show up?

As flagged items here, and among your tasks in the Action Centre so nothing hides on one page.

Never lose a credential to a calendar.

Add what you hold, renew inside the window, and let the evidence trail stay unbroken.
