Every challenge is read by a person — nothing here is auto-decided by AI. Applied corrections flow back into what DISHA shows you.

A correction workflow, not an opaque form.

Human reviewBefore/after trailDeclared vs derived vs external

When something about you is wrong, you should be able to point at the record, say what it should be, and follow what happens. The workflow keeps a distinction between what you declared, what DISHA derived, and what came from an external source — and every step below maps to a control on this page.

01 — Point at the record

Pick the target from the dropdown and state what it currently says — optional, but it helps the reviewer look at the same thing you're looking at.

02 — Say what it should be

The requested correction is the heart of the request: specific, in your own words, room for a full paragraph.

    03 — Explain why

Add anything that helps the reviewer understand. Evidence is written explanation only — share just what's needed and keep sensitive documents out of the text.

    04 — A person reviews it

Nothing here is auto-decided by AI. Every challenge is read by a human reviewer who can ask for more context.

    05 — Track the status

Submitted challenges appear on this page with their current status and the date you filed — from review through decision.

06 — The fix flows back

Applied corrections flow back into what DISHA shows you, so the outcome isn't just a reply — it's the product changing.

What a challenge can and can't do

Declared profile fields you can edit yourself in the profile wizard — no challenge needed. Records sourced from third parties can be challenged and annotated; whether DISHA can amend its copy or must re-fetch depends on the source. Every request keeps a before/after trail — what it said, what you asked, what was decided — with access limited to the people reviewing it.

Stated plainly — what this doesn't do

    • — No document uploads yet — evidence is written explanation, so keep unrelated or highly sensitive documents out.
    • — Third-party-sourced records may be annotated or re-fetched rather than directly amended — the source governs what DISHA can change.
    • — Corrections apply to DISHA's own records; they don't reach systems outside DISHA.

    How this works.

    01

Open a challenge on anything DISHA holds or shows about you — a fact, a recommendation, a record.

    02

Say what's wrong and what's right; your challenge is logged as written, with its status visible.

    03

A person reads every challenge — nothing is auto-decided by AI — and applied corrections flow back into what DISHA shows you.

    Questions people ask.

    Who reviews my challenge?

A person. Deliberately — no model decides what the record says about you. Applied corrections flow back into the platform.

How long does a review take?

It's a human queue, so it isn't instant — your challenge keeps its status here the whole time, and nothing is silently dropped.

Can I challenge a recommendation (not just data)?

Yes — recommendations, records and facts are all challengeable. The history page shows why something was shown; this page is where you contest it.

If it's wrong, say so — a person is listening.

Every challenge is read by a human and corrections flow back into the product. That's the deal.
